Updating Information

How many ways can I make payment?

There are three ways you can pay for your account:

1. Credit Card
We accept VISA MasterCard and American Express(Canadian Only).

Your card will be automatically billed at the start of every month, or you may pay in advance.

2. Cheque or Money Order
Your account is not activated until the cheque clears and the funds are in our account.

Postal and bank processing delays can cause interruptions of service to your web site. To avoid bank delays, pay by Money Order, or have your home branch certify your cheque.

3. Wire-Transfer
Your account will be activated when the funds are in our account. Please make sure that your bank includes the following details in its message:

  • Your ZWNET account information :
    • Your full name
    • Your domain name
    • Your country
  • Our wire-transfer account information :

You may reapply your balance towards a new package at any time after paying a upgrading/downgrading fee.

Can I change the contact information on file with ZWNET?

Yes, simply go to your MySite Control Center and you can update your information. We ask all our clients to make sure that their information is always current. Most correspondence occurs via email.

For matters regarding billing, we will contact the billing contact. For matters regarding the web site account, we will contact the administrative contact.

Yes, simply go to your MySite Control Center and you can update your credit card information. Please make sure that all your credit card information is current.
