Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
As a Registration Service Provider, ZWNET follows The Uniform
Dispute Resolution Policy for domain-name disputes. Under the policy,
most types of trademark-based domain-name disputes must be resolved by
agreement, court action, or arbitration before a registrar will cancel,
suspend, or transfer a domain name. Disputes alleged to arise from abusive
registrations of domain names (for example, cybersquatting) may be addressed
by expedited administrative proceedings that the holder of trademark
rights initiates by filing a complaint with an approved dispute-resolution
service provider. |

Service.
ZWNET's

Fees and Payments.
Registrant agrees to pay the appropriate fee as displayed at http://www.domain-registry.com
/ http://www.zwnet.com (and varies depending on the type of domain name

The non-refundable fee covers the cost of submitting a domain name to
the appropriate registrar. Please note that each registrar has it's own
terms and conditions for accepting/approving a domain name registration. ZWNET's
fee is nonrefundable even if the domain name is rejected (because the
fee is for the service of submitting the application). Each registrar
might have a additional domain registration fee (ex. Internic charges
$70 for the first 2 years of registration). |
