Payment Methods
There are two ways you can pay for your account:
1. Credit Card
We accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express. Your card may be automatically
billed every month, or you may pay in advance. 2. Cheque or Money Order
Be sure to indicate that your cheque is in US or Canadian dollars.
Writing "in
US dollars or in Canadian dollars" after the amount is sufficient.
Your account is not activated until we receive the wire transfer or the cheque
clears and the funds are in our account. Postal and bank processing delays can
cause interruptions of service to your web site. To avoid bank delays, pay by
wire transfer or Money Order, or have your home branch certify your cheque. Accounts
paid by cheque or money order must be paid at least three months in advance.
If you have problems or questions, our sales department can be reached from Monday
to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST.
You can go through the signup process and select "Cheque/Money Order" as
your method of payment, then print out the order form with payment
information and fax it back to (604)676-2542. Please make sure
it is signed and if you are paying by check, please make sure the
check is sent to us.
